According to a report from PWInsider, Killer Kross maybe looking for a way out of IMPACT Wrestling.
The report notes that Kross is unhappy with his creative direction and also requested a raise in pay.
IMPACT Wrestling signed cross to a deal a year ago and were the first major company to take a chance on him. Upon listening to the concerns of Kross, the company offered a newly restructured deal for three years but it was below the six-figure salary that the 33-year-old IMPACT Wrestling Superstar was looking for.
Currently, Kross’ deal pays him by the date, while he was seeking a more guaranteed deal that would pay him a base salary as opposed to being paid by the date booked
Upon turning down the restructured deal, it is said that Killer Kross is looking to be released from the company and explore other options feeling that with the current expanded market he would definitely find a home somewhere.
The release has not yet been granted. Relations between the two sides reportedly remain professional.
