During Saturday night’s Impact Wrestling Hard to Kill pay-per-view event, we saw Trey Miguel defeat Steve Maclin to retain his X-Division Championship. With the loss, Maclin can no longer challenge for the title as long as Miguel is champion.
Miguel won the championship at Bound for Glory on October 23, 2021, when he defeated Maclin and El Phantasmo in a tournament final.
