Triple H appeared on this week’s episode of WWE Backstage to discuss several topics. During his appearance, “The Game” discussed NXT TakeOver: WarGames, and NXT winning the night at Survivor Series.
The NXT frontman noted that NXT added “another lever and layer to RAW and SmackDown,” but now that Survivor Series has passed, it’s back to “business as usual.” Triple H then praised NXT Champion Adam Cole for retaining his title at WarGames over the weekend, naming Cole the “ironman” of NXT.
“You can say Adam Cole is the Ironman of NXT,” Triple H said.
