WWE NXT General Manager William Regal has announced two blockbuster matches for TakeOver: Stand and Deliver. For starters, we will see an NXT Cruiserweight Championship Unification match between Jordan Devlin and Santos Escobar, with a Ladder Match stipulation being added for good measure.
Also, we will see Adam Cole go one-on-one with Kyle O’Reilly in a “No Rules, No Liability, Unsanctioned Match” with the storyline being that both competitors had to agree that NXT will not be responsible for what might happen to them. This was a requirement as O’Reilly is still not medically cleared to compete in the storylines.
