The UFC on FOX 5 wweigh-ins are in the book’s for tonight’s event. Title challenger Nate Diaz initially weighed in at 155.6 lbs. and later looked surprised he did not get the one pound allowance in a title fight. In a title fight, you are not allowed to come in one pound over the weight limit. Diaz weighed in a second time at 155.2 lbs., but on his third try he was able to finally make weight.

Henry Martinez failed to make weight for his fight with Daron Cruickshank. He will have to forfeit 20% of his purse to Cruickshank as a result.

Fuel TV has released an interview clip with UFC lightweight champion Benson Henderson at the UFC on FOX 5 Weigh-in show. Ben Henderson addressed what he would do in case Nate Diaz didn’t make weight. Fortunately, Diaz did make the 155 lb. weight limit and the title will still be defended:
