We reported last night here on eWn that AEW and Impact Wrestling were trying to work out a deal to allow Tenille Dashwood (Emma in WWE) to appear at tonight’s AEW All Out event. There are some rumors that she’ll be appearing during the Casino Battle Royale during AEW’s “Buy In” Kickoff show. During a media scrum with reporters, AEW star Dr. Britt Baker was asked about who she would like to work with who is not currently under contract. Baker mentioned Dashwood, saying,
“I don’t think she’s officially under contract, but I love Tenille [Dashwood]. I know she’s working with IMPACT, but she’s not officially contracted.”
According to a report from Fightful, Dashwood is currently working with Impact Wrestling on a “nightly” deal that runs through October.
The winner of tonight’s Casino Battle Royale match at All Out will determine one of the contenders for the inaugural AEW Women’s World Championship. The match for the AEW women’s title will be held at the AEW on TNT debut broadcast on October 2nd from the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC.
