Police suspect that Tammy Sytch was intoxicated when she caused a multiple-vehicle wreck that left one person dead.
This week, it was reported that Sytch was involved in a three-car accident on March 25, when she crashed into a stopped vehicle, which then crashed into a vehicle that was stopped in front of it.
In an update, TMZ Sports has obtained police documents that show Sytch was driving a 2012 Mercedes-Benz when she crashed into the rear of a 2013 Kia Sorento.
The Kia was being driven by 75-year-old Lasseter Jr. of Daytona Beach Shores, who was taken to a local hospital and later pronounced dead from injuries.
A search warrant has been approved and executed to obtain a blood sample, which police are using to investigate if Sytch was under the influence at the time of the accident.
Police say two witnesses saw Sytch “driving at a high rate of speed” before crashing into the stopped Kia.
The toxicology results could ultimately lead to criminal charges against Sytch if it is found that she was under the influence as police suspect.
Sytch has not publicly commented on the accident but issued the below tweet after what happened.
Well assholes since my name has been towards the top of the kill list for the past 20 years, and I’m still fucking alive, shit, my autograph is worth more now so once I do croak you can sell it for a lot more money?! Come see me out at a signing pic.twitter.com/sZ1uHZ5XHY
