Last year, former Monday Night RAW Tag Team Champion Jason Jordan began a hiatus from WWE. Jordan required neck surgery to fix a lingering issue. He hasn’t made his in-ring return yet, as several complications have continuously pushed his progress back. Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Jordan is currently working with WWE as a producer.
His in-ring return is still getting pushed back, but Jordan is said to be doing fine overall. He has, however, been having issues with his gripping power and can’t make a full fist or fully control one of his hands. Before leaving WWE TV, Jordan was bumping heads with Seth Rollins, who he won the RAW Tag Team Titles with. WWE seemed to be setting up a match between Jordan and his storyline father, WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle.
Of course, those plans were changed upon Jordan’s surgery in February. Rollins went on to win the Intercontinental Championship, and Angle teamed up with Ronda Rousey for her first-ever WWE match.
