Wrestling legend Les Thatcher was recently diagnosed with COVID-19 and has also contracted pneumonia from the virus. As reported by PWInsider, Thatcher had spoken to Mike Johnson via a phone call, telling him that he has been in quarantine for ten days and will remain doing so until January 15th.
Thatcher was ordered by doctors to go to the ER but went against their orders and chose to fight the virus at home. Thatcher said the first eight days were among the toughest portion of the virus he has ever dealt with in his life, but now seems to be on the mend and on the road to recovery.
Thatcher has also “been extremely touched by everyone that has reached out to him via email and social media.”
