The last week has seen several significant changes in WWE. Six board members either resigned or were replaced, while Vince McMahon was reinstated as Chairman of the Board. Included in that is Stephanie McMahon, who resigned earlier this week. This is all the result of Vince wanting to sell the company.
According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Nick Khan, now the only CEO of the company, is in charge and makes all final decisions.
In a formal role, Vince is the Chairman of the Board and is solely there to work on the sale. By the summer, the company wants to facilitate a sale. To engage in talks and make the final decision regarding media rights agreements, McMahon is present.
Since returning, Vince hasn’t been to his office or shown up at any television tapings.
