We reported yesterday here on eWn that Tammy “Sunny” Sytch’s lawyer wants to withdraw from her DUI manslaughter case. Now, a hearing has been set to rule on the request.

Steven DeLaroche, the lawyer representing Sytch’s case, filed a motion last week asking to withdraw as her legal representation. The judge presiding over the case has set a hearing for June 30th at 9 AM EST regarding the matter.

DeLaroche cited the following reasons as to why he wants to withdraw from the case:

“* An impasse has been reached in the handling of the case, making it impossible for the client and attorney to continue to work cooperatively on the case.

*The client has not complied with the terms of the employment agreement with this attorney.

*The client will not be prejudiced if the undersigned is permitted to withdraw.”

While not confirmed, it appears Sytch is either not listening to his advice and is refusing to accept a plea deal, or the lawyer knows he has no shot at winning the case.

Sytch is currently incarcerated and is awaiting trial on nine charges, including DUI manslaughter. The WWE Hall of Famer was involved in an accident back on March 25th that claimed the life of 75-year old Julian Lasseter.
