As previously reported here on eWN, WWE will be launching a tier system for the WWE Network. Currently, the plan is to launch the new system in January 2020.

Reportedly, the WWE Network will see the inclusion of content from other promotions such as NWA and CMLL. However, at the moment WWE has put a hold on talks with other promotions, according to Fightful.
