As originally reported by Ewrestlingnews writer Ryan Clark, Rusev had gone down with a shoulder injury and that was the reason The Big Show went over him at the WWE Fastlane 2017 PPV. Sources have confirmed that Rusev underwent shoulder surgery and will be out for possibly until a month after WrestleMania healing.
WWE Backlash 2017 tickets will go on sale March 18th, 2017. The event will be returning to one of the more livelier WWE crowds in Chicago, IL on Sunday, May 21st. Tickets for Backlash will start at $25 and if you are not able to attend the Blue brand’s PPV live, catch it on the WWE Network on May 21st.
