UPDATE: According to a report from Pwinsider, former WWE Superstar Melina Perez is in St. Louis, MO and will be competing in the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match.
Following her release from WWE, the former Women’s Champion and Divas Champion has made several cameos with the company from time to time. Most recently, she has appeared for the NWA and also worked a storyline in Impact Wrestling. This will mark Melina’s first match in WWE since 2011.
Additionally, former WWE Superstar Aksana is expected to appear in the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match. Aksana last appeared for WWE in 2014. She signed with WWE back in 2009. While she’s appeared at several conventions following her WWE release, she hasn’t wrestled since then.
ORIGINAL: According to a report from Pwinsider, former WWE Superstar Ariane Andrew (Cameron) is in St. Louis, MO for the 2022 Royal Rumble pay-per-view event.
According to multiple sources, Cameron will be featured in the Women’s Royal Rumble match.
Andrew was released from WWE back in May of 2016 and hasn’t appeared for the company since then. She did make several AEW appearances in 2020.
