— The finals of the New Japan Cup Tournament take place Sunday, with Togi Makabe vs. Hirooki Goto and Karl Anderson vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi as the semifinals and the winners of those bouts facing in the finals. The winner gets a title shot at Kazuchika Okada’s IWGP Heavyweight Title.

— Corey Ledesma, the creative director of WWE Games has announced that they have scrapped the “Road to WrestleMania” mode from WWE 13. In its place will be “Story Mode.” There will be other changes announced, and Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler have been doing work on the game, regarding the older talent being involved in the game.

— CNN has an article up on the first Jerry Lawler vs. Andy Kaufman match in Memphis on April 5, 1982. The story notes that Kaufman remains shut out of the WWE Hall of Fame.
