Vince McMahon and Mr. Perfect apparently had a bit of a tussle before a TV taping.
The now infamous Dark Side of The Ring episode spotlighting “The Plane Ride From Hell” revealed a fight between Mr. Perfect (Curt Henning) and Brock Lesnar. Former WWE Head of Talent Relations Jim Ross has since stated that McMahon “had enough” of Mr. Perfect’s backstage antics and his attitude, which eventually led to the former Intercontinental Champion’s release from the company.
During a recent edition of the DDP Snake Pit, wrestling legend Jake “The Snake” Roberts discussed an altercation involving Mr. Perfect and McMahon. Apparently, the two had a bit of a “shoot fight” the night before a TV taping.
“They spread the beds apart and they started shooting on each other. [Mr.] Perfect [Curt Hennig] wound up fighting Vince.” He continued, “Vince won’t give up, so Perfect grinds him even more.”
Roberts noted that Mr. Perfect was wearing his Rolex watch when the altercation took place. McMahon’s right ear was said to have been broken that night. Roberts also noted that “blood shot across the [hotel] room.”
