With WWE’s ratings at all-time lows, Vince McMahon (of course!) opened Monday’s WWE RAW broadcast and went to his “go-to” guys in Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryan, AJ Styles, Drew McIntyre and others.
After a series of promos between all these men, McMahon announced a new rule which allows three members of each brand to appear on their opposite brand “when needed.”
Later in the show, McMahon announced that “four Superstars” could switch between brands “if he had to suspend someone.” This came after Lars Sullivan confronted him backstage.
This change was made during a creative meeting on Monday and is solely based off the record low ratings last week. As you know, this will allow WWE some flexibility in utilizing their top talent across RAW and SmackDown! Live.
