Vince McMahon was backstage at Monday Night RAW this week. Several reports have disclosed that he was backstage to meet his ‘Babe Ruth,’ 16-time World Champion John Cena. In addition, he was in the gorilla position during the course of the show.
Per a recent report by Sean Ross Sapp, McMahon has met John Cena multiple times outside of WWE since his resignation from all roles in WWE in July 2022.
Everything that I've heard thus far indicates that people at WWE Raw believe Vince McMahon was at the show to visit John Cena.

Vince McMahon has since gone on to return as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Nick Khan remains CEO following his former co-CEO Stephanie McMahon’s resignation, while Triple H remains Head of Creative.
