According to a report from Pwinsider, there was said to have been a large amount of walk-up ticket sales for Saturday night’s WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view event. Some fans who sat across from the hard camera could see production workers removing tarps from the camera side of the stadium. Additionally, the stadium box office stayed open until the main event began.
In addition to Triple H, Stephanie McMahon took to Twitter on Sunday to thank the fans who tuned into WWE SummerSlam on Saturday night. She wrote,
“Thank you to the @WWE Superstars who poured their hearts out at #SummerSlam last night, our incredible crews & teams, our partners who helped make it possible @Titans @NissanStadium @Xfinity #Samaritan @wildhorseTN #NashvilleLOC @peacockTV & especially all of you!”
