WWE NXT Champion Bron Breakker gave a reference to his uncle Scott’s most infamous promo on this week’s episode of NXT.
In the run-up to TNA Wrestling’s Sacrifice 2008 pay-per-view event, Scott Steiner explained with some unique mathematics why he was guaranteed to win a triple threat against Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe.
Initially claiming that a triple-threat gives each participant a 33 1/3 percent chance of winning, Steiner claimed that he had a 141 2/3 chance of victory in the match Joe won.
On WWE NXT, Breakker spoke about his own upcoming triple threat match, saying his opponents have a 33 1/3 percent chance of winning.
The fans live at WWE NXT reacted loudly, fully aware of the reference, which was later shared by WWE on Twitter.
.@bronbreakkerwwe's math ALWAYS correct! 🤣
