Wes Lee has reached a remarkable milestone as the reigning WWE NXT North American Champion, as he now has the longest-recognized reign in the history of the title.
Lee has held the NXT North American Championship for 210 days, having won the title at Halloween Havoc on October 22, 2022.
However, Lee is only the longest-reigning champion in terms of days recognized by WWE.
Considering how NXT was taped back in 2019, Velveteen Dream technically holds the all-time record at 231 days (209 recognized by WWE).
For Lee to beat Dream’s record, he will have to retain the title until June 10.
Lee’s next title defense is scheduled for NXT Battleground on May 28, where he’ll face Tyler Bate and Joe Gacy in a Triple Threat match.
