Last night’s (Tues. January 29, 2019) episode of WWE SmackDown Live took place from Phoenix, Arizona. It was the first show from the blue brand after this past weekend’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view (PPV). After SDL and the 205 Live tapings wrapped up, fans in attendance got to enjoy a dark match between SmackDown Live Women’s Champion Asuka and Charlotte Flair.
The match was described as “fun” by several spectators, which ended with an Asuka submission victory over “The Queen” to retain her title. Check out some photos from the bout here:
