SmackDown Live took place from Las Vegas, Nevada last night, and it was the go-home show before this weekend’s Tables Ladders and Chairs (TLC) pay-per-view (PPV). In the main event, Asuka and Charlotte Flair went one-on-one. This was a small preview of their Triple Threat TLC match for the SmackDown Live Women’s Championship this weekend, involving Becky Lynch.
After SDL, the semi-finals for the Mixed Match Challenge tournament took place on Facebook Watch. Once the SDL and MMC tapings were done, fans got to see a dark match before heading home. Rey Mysterio faced Randy Orton in a singles match, which he was able to win with a 619 and a follow-up splash. Mysterio’s victory sent the crowd home happy, before the pair once again square off at the TLC PPV in a Chairs match from the SAP Center in San Jose, California.
