Its been a bit since we’ve seen Rusev on WWE TV. “The Bulgarian Brute” was last in action in Saudi Arabia at WWE Super ShowDown. The former United States Champion took part in the 50-Man Battle Royal. Before that, he last wrestled during WWE’s European Tour in May.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Rusev has been missing from action after asking for time off. He is not injured but simply asked to take some time off and was granted it. His return is expected shortly, as his time off isn’t expected to be long-term.
