According to a report from PWInsider, WWE received an initial refusal in their attempt to trademark the Garza Jr name.
Reportedly, this is due to the difficulty in trademarking a very common last name. WWE‘s own article where Garza Jr talks about his uncle Hector Garza was cited as evidence supporting this.
It will be interesting to see if this leads to a new name for Garza Jr.
