Will Ospreay made a surprise appearance on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite to take out Chris Jericho.
On this week’s edition of Dynamite, Jericho appeared in the ring with Don Callis to reveal whether he was going to join Callis’ family or not.
While Jericho originally agreed to join Don’s faction, he was more interested in seeing a painting that Callis had set up in the ring.
While Callis insisted the painting not be unveiled, it showed him holding Jericho’s decapitated head. The reason for this is because Callis already had it set in his mind that Jericho was going to turn him down because he’s always been about himself.
As Jericho went to attack Callis, Konosuke Takeshita and Will Ospreay came out through the crowd and beat down the Ocho. Sammy Guevara eventually made the save.
In a backstage segment later in the show, Jericho challenged Ospreay to a match at All In 2023.
