At the closing bell on Wednesday, WWE’s stock was at $45.26. That is up $0.95 (2.14%) from Tuesday’s close.
During Wednesday night’s NXT broadcast, a Women’s Championship Match was confirmed for the NXT Takeover XXX event as Dakota Kai defeated Rhea Ripley in a #1 contender’s match. She will now go on to face Io Shirai during the upcoming pay-per-view event. Mercedes Martinez attacked Ripley during the match and that allowed Kai to get the win.
WWE NXT Takeover XXX takes place on August 23rd.
