During Sunday night’s WWE Fastlane pay-per-view event, Joseph Average (or “Average Joe”) became the WWE 24/7 Champion for a brief period of time.

There was a segment during the show that featured the “Old Spice” sponsor with NXT’s Rick Bugez playing Mr. Average, as he accidentally pinned R-Truth when Truth got knocked into a display of deodorant.

Joe Average, who was a rep for the sponsor, got down on his hands and knees to pick up the knocked over Old Spice product and in the process became champion. His championship reign didn’t last long though, as R-Truth quickly rolled Average up to win back the title.

R-Truth is now a 51 time WWE 24/7 Champion.
