Last night we saw the unveiling of WWE’s newest title, the 24/7 Championship.

While it was announced that the title would in fact be defended 24/7, it is also open to all members of the roster from Raw, Smackdown, 205 Live, NXT, and NXT UK. Foley even said we may even see some legends occasionally in the mix.
We may see some inter-gender aspects going forward as Women competitors such as Mickie James, Naomi, and Sonya Deville talked about competing for it. Paige was prompted to ask “is this for female superstars too?”
WWE has released further details on its newest Championship. WWE looks to use elements of social media going forward in regards to this title. Throughout the night WWE Superstars were on Twitter furthering the 24/7 storyline.
