While the ending at WWE Battleground appeared to continue the Jack Swagger – Rusev feud, that may not be the case now. As seen on Raw, there was almost little to none mention of the match on Sunday.
With the count out finish from Battleground, it appears that Swagger and Rusev would have a rematch at SummerSlam.
The program could have been dropped by WWE Creative due to the backlash of Lana’s promo on Sunday. This is why The Great Khali interrupt her promo on RAW before she could even get started.
