Last night WWE Champion AJ Styles successfully defended his title against 2018 Men’s Royal Rumble winner Shinsuke Nakamura at WrestleMania 34. Prior to the match, however, it seems that WWE’s production truck made a pretty big mistake during The Phenomenal One’s entrance.
WWE listed Styles as the “WWE Universal Champion” on his entrance graphic instead of the WWE Champion:

This isn’t the first time that WWE has done this for Styles in recent weeks, as his graphic showed him as the United States Champion on a recent episode of SmackDown Live where he was on commentary.
