One of the special things about being a WWE fan is the presence that the company has on social media, as well as the way that fans can interact with talent and fellow members of the WWE universe from behind their screens. Well, it was reported this morning that WWE has reached yet another social media milestone.

WWE’s Youtube channel has reached 30 million subscribers, a 27% increase in traffic this month alone. As the company’s stock continues to skyrocket in price, officials estimate that WWE could be earning close to $5 million dollars a month through Youtube.

With Summerslam less than three weeks away, WWE officials are scrambling to get the card finalized, however, it was reported by WrestleVotes that Vince McMahon might be having second thoughts about how entertaining the show might be. It is rumored that either RAW or SDL will feature a big Summerslam plot point this week, most likely RAW, that will spice things up a bit. Vince having second thoughts about Reigns in the main event is only a rumor and nothing has been confirmed, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the case.

In my opinion, Summerslam is shaping up to be a good show, but WWE needs to remember that this is arguably their second biggest show of the year. This PPV doesn’t quite feel as big as it should yet.
