ORIGINAL: It appears that former WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champion Big E is dealing with an injury.
He took to Twitter today where he indicated a meniscus tear that he suffered. As seen on this week’s episode of SmackDown Live in Brooklyn, New York at the Barclays Center on the USA Network, The New Day defeated Drew McIntyre and The Bar in a six-man tag team match.
Big E’s cryptic tweet indicates he suffered the injury while doing or taking a crossbody. He wrote the following:
“Making mincemeat of my meniscus. Crossbody cooked the cartilage. Bye for a bit.”
