During this week’s episode of NXT, WWE officially confirmed that the 36th installment of their TakeOver specials will take place on August 22nd. The event will be held the day after the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view.

Previously, it was reported that “Takeover 36” would be held at the Capitol Wrestling Center inside the WWE Performance Center in Orlando. However, that has yet to be confirmed at this time or if this event will have a theme.
