Monday’s episode of WWE RAW suffered a big drop in the ratings department, as the show went head-to-head with Monday Night Football and The Emmy Awards. The show brought in 1.7 million viewers, with a 0.44 in the key 18-49 demographic.
As you’d expect, WWE was expecting a big drop in numbers due to it being the season opener of Monday Night Football. With that being said, some people in the company believed the viewership would have been much lower than it actually turned out to be. So they were happy to be able to hit the 1.7 million mark.
