WWE Hall of Famer and AEW personality Mark Henry has said that WWE is deliberately trying to anger fans with their booking of Finn Balor.
Last week, Balor lost the United States Championship to Theory after what many have called an underwhelming title run and return to the main roster.
On the latest episode of “Busted Open Radio”, Henry gave his defense of WWE’s booking, saying:
“You know what, you’ve got to break a few eggs to make an omelet. I think they’re intentionally trying to piss you off, putting the edge on Theory. It is what it is, I didn’t look negatively at it at all.
“You’ve got to let him piss you off, because that’s how we’ve seen it.”
Theory’s win marks his first championship in WWE.
