WWE Hall Of Famer Says There’s “Not A Chance” Stone Cold Will Wrestle At WrestleMania 38

WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page has refuted the rumors that ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin will wrestle at WrestleMania 38.

Austin is rumored to face Kevin Owens this April in what will be the Rattlesnake’s first match since his loss to The Rock at WrestleMania 19 in 2003.

On Sportskeeda Wrestling’s “The Bro Show,” DDP claimed that Austin’s history of neck problems will prevent a match with Kevin Owens:

“The guys I don’t think you’ll ever see come back for more than a Stunner are guys like Steve. Steve is, you know, he’s done everything, but he’s got the neck thing. If he didn’t have the neck thing, my boy would be back time and time and time again. But his overall health is the biggest thing. He can go out there and crack some stunners and look good doing it. But as of moving forward, I don’t see him doing anything besides that. No! Not a chance.”

Austin’s neck was broken during Summerslam 1997 after a botched piledriver by Owen Hart.

Neither Austin nor WWE have publicly confirmed the rumored match for WrestleMania 38.
