WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Jey Uso – Hell in a Cell I Quit Match

Reigns got the early offense until Jey fought back and clotheslined him over the top rope then hit an outside dive sending Reigns into the steel. Jey tossed Reigns into the structure a few times. Back in the ring, Reigns hit a spear.

Throughout the match, Reigns talked trash. Reigns got a chair and Uso hit him with a drop kick only for Reigns to hit another spear. Reigns went for another spear, but was kicked for it. Jey got a strap and started to hit him a few times before Reigns got his turn. They attached the strap to one another and Uso used it to avoid the spear, which allowed Uso to use it as a submission hold. Reigns put him in a guillotine choke, but Uso wouldn’t quit instead he briefly passed out.

Reigns said that he was going to take it to the next level before hitting him with drive by then did it again with the steel steps. The referee tried to stop the match and Reigns tossed him to the floor. Another referee came into the cell. This led to agents and other referees coming out to stop Reigns. Reigns was about to smash Jey with the steps until Jimmy Uso came out and told Reigns to stop. Reigns started crying and apologized for his actions. He shook Jimmy’s hand before putting him in the guillotine choke until Jey said he quit to have Reigns stop it.

Winner: WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns
