- Seth Rollins opened the show with a promo about how he’s booked to face Big E for the WWE Championship at the Day One event. Rollins then beat Finn Balor by pinfall.
- Throughout the night, Kevin Owens kept saying he had talked to Adam Pearce and if he beat Big E, he would be inserted into the title match at Day One. Rollins went to talk to Pearce and unintentionally convinced them that was a good idea.
- Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan had a contract signing for their title match, which will take place next week. Lynch set up a 10-woman tag team match to prove Morgan’s worth and Team Morgan (Morgan, Bianca Belair, Dana Brooke, Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley) defeated Team Lynch (Lynch, Carmella, Doudrop, Tamina and Zelina Vega) by pinfall.
- RK-Bro retained the Raw Tag Team Championship over Dirty Dawgs by pinfall.
- Edge returned and had a promo segment with The Miz and Maryse, who interrupted and picked a fight that The Miz eventually backed away from.
- The Street Profits beat Alpha Academy by pinfall.
- Damian Priest retained the United States Championship over Apollo Crews by pinfall.
- Dominik and Rey Mysterio beat Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin by pinfall.
- Kevin Owens defeated Big E by disqualification due to Seth Rollins attacking him, meaning Owens is also in the title match at Day One.
