As we reported earlier today here on eWn, there are some rumors that WWE and NJPW have been in talks lately about the possibility of working together. The talks between the two companies began a month or two ago.
Following the reports, Drew McIntyre took to Twitter and posted a graphic hyping his #1 contender’s match Kofi Kingston. In the caption, he spelled out “Okada”.
Bronson Reed also posted a photo of himself and Jeff Cobb.
Rocky Romero posted a photo of WWE’s Headquarters and captioned the photo with, “the Forbidden Window.”
El Phantasmo noted that both the WWE and AEW Presidents are named Nick and Tony Khan, saying,
“wait, who’s NICK Khan? have I been texting the wrong Khan guy this whole time??”
And lastly, KENTA took to Twitter and joked about facing the WWE version of himself (Hideo Itami).
