WWE NXT 2.0 Superstar Grayson Waller went on Twitter on Wednesday and took credit for WALTER’s name change.
During Tuesday night’s episode of NXT 2.0, WWE changed WALTER’s name to “Gunther”. On Wednesday, Waller continued to play up his heel character, tweeting out the following,
“Just so everyone knows, Walter was just too close to Waller, so I spoke to my lawyers, and they are GOOD at what they do. You’re welcome”
