Santos Escobar, Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde vs. Tony D’Angelo, Troy Donovan & Channing Lorenzo in a six-man tag team match took place with the stipulation that the losing team will join the winning team’s stable was booked at this year’s WWE NXT In Your House event. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
Cruze and Troy started things off before a brawl broke out. Things chilled out and Cruz beat down Lorenzo. Cruz was tossed to the floor when he attempted a spring board dive. Moments later, Santos and Tony got the hot tags. Santos cleared house then hit a double axe handle off the top rope. Cruz and Wild hit outside dives before Escobar hit an outside dive to Tony. Troy laid out Cruz with a clothesline, but Cruz managed to get the hot tag to Wilde and they hit a double team move for 2. Tony grabbed a crowbar while Santos had brass knuckles. Lorenzo was hit with the brass knuckles while Wilde was hit the crowbar and Lorenzo landed on Wilde for the pinfall.
