On last week’s WWE NXT episode, Zoey Stark was attacked in the locker room by Gigi Dolin and Jacey Jayne. She was left while holding her knee. This was done to write her off television.
Dave Meltzer later noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Stark will be undergoing knee surgery soon.
Stark did get the surgery done and provided further details on her injury in this post on Twitter:
Sadly, I tore my ACL/Meniscus due to Toxic's attack. Here's the bad news for the "champs". Surgery went great and I'm already rehabbing. I'll be back BETTER & STRONGER with three targets in mind! Until then @shirai_io @KacyCatanzaro @wwekayden kick their ass tonight!@WWENXT
