Following her NXT Women’s Title match with Asuka at NXT Takeover: Toronto last month, fans have been wondering about Mickie James’ future in WWE. As seen in the match, she can still go in the ring at 37 years of age.
Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that James was recently offered a new contract to once again compete on WWE‘s main roster. There’s still no word yet on whether the deal will see her work on the RAW or SmackDown Live brand.Either brand, if she signs with WWE, would benefit from having another veteran wrestler on the roster.
