WWE Officials Irate At Batista Leak + WWE’s Music DVD


— As noted earlier here on the website, WWE officials are steamed over news of Batista returning to the organization since it was meant to be kept as a surprise. Advertisements featuring the former WWE Champion were removed Saturday from UNLVTickets.com for WWE’s scheduled non-televised event at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, February 16, 2014.

— As reported recently, WWE has plans to release a single-disc DVD highlighting the promotion’s greatest music. The title now has a name as according to WrestlingDVDNews.com, it will be called Signature Sounds: The Music of WWE.

Featuring twenty-five tracks and interviews with WWE composer Jim Johnston, it is scheduled for release on March 18, 2014. The synopsis is as follows: “Music has been integral in WWE history, especially anthems for all the greatest WWE Superstars. Since Sgt. Slaughter first made his entrance to the Marine Corp hymn in the early 80′s music themes have become synonymous with the Superstars themselves.
