The following is from our play-by-play coverage of the WWE Payback PPV event:
Big E vs. Sheamus
Sheamus controlled the majority of the match and worked over his knee. Big E finally fired up and hit a powerslam out of the corner. Sheamus caught him with a knee strike then a shoulder tackle. Big E connected with a belly-to-belly suplex, but Sheamus connected with an Alabama Slammer for a near fall.
Big E hit a spear through the middle rope. Back in the ring, Sheamus locked in a heel hook, but big E punched his way out.
