As seen during Friday night’s edition of WWE SmackDown, an angle was done which showed Elias being the victim of a hit and run. Jeff Hardy was later arrested for what looked to be a DUI. He was later “cleared” of those charges.
During today’s edition of WWE’s “The Bump”, it was revealed that Elias suffered a torn pectoral muscle and broken ribs. He has since been discharged from the hospital.
