There was a Memorial Battle Royal scheduled to take place honoring Fabulous Moolah at Wrestlemania 34.
However, amid sponsor backlash brought on by fans disapproval the match was renamed to just the “Women’s Battle Royal”. The company may be facing a current issue with sponsors.
WWE was hoping the Lars Sullivan situation faded away and that isn’t sitting well with fans in the WWE Universe.
This was the response a fan received after reaching out to the Mars Wrigley Confectionery company:
