WWE is looking to get whatever shine they can from the mainstream sports media attention that “The Gypsy King” Tyson Fury is garnering following his impressive stoppage victory over “The Bronze Bomber” Deontay Wilder in their historic rematch over the weekend.
As noted, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were in attendance for recent WWE Crown Jewel competitor “The Gypsy King” Tyson Fury’s seventh-round TKO victory over Deontay Wilder in their Heavyweight Boxing Championship rematch in Las Vegas, Nevada this past Saturday night.
In addition to the tweets Triple H shared over the weekend, several WWE Superstars also chimed in on social media with their post-fight reactions, and Triple H gave his post-fight reaction in an exclusive backstage video immediately after the show concluded on Saturday.
On Monday, WWE continued to grab as much of the shine from the bright Tyson Fury spotlight in the mainstream sports media world, as the official WWE Twitter feed posted a pair of their own tweets reflecting back on Fury’s rivalry with “The Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman.
