WWE RAW Superstar Theory has said that John Cena’s work on camera helped him overcome being bullied during his younger years.
Theory has been prominently featured on WWE TV for the past year after being brought back to RAW in October 2021, and became the personal protégé to Mr. McMahon the next month.
Speaking on the My Love Letter To Wrestling podcast, Theory discussed the challenges growing up, and how John Cena inspired him to be the best he could be:
”Cena’s character and his personality and the things he did and the decisions he made, I can honestly say that it made me feel motivated through you know being bullied and stuff in school, just other stuff like that.”
Theory will challenge United States Champion Finn Balor for the title on tomorrow’s RAW.
